Job Summary:
Maintenance Department. Perform electrical and instrument planned maintenance, repairs, minor installation, and replacement.

Wages:
$37.69 - $39.57 per hour
Relocation Fee available

Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs according to work order in requested terms and quality.
- Assist in preparation of repairs (spare parts, tools, auxiliary equipment, etc.)
- Carry out inspection, adjustment, and measurements according to standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical/instrument issues.
- Work with automation engineer to coordinate as necessary.
- Train operators and other key personnel on new installation, walk-arounds, etc.
- Calibration of measurement equipment: weight feeders, pressure and temperature transmitters, flow meters, level measurement, sensors, etc.
- Gas analyzer calibration, emission monitoring equipment, thermal imaging.
- Motor circuit analysis.
- Power distribution, maintenance, and operation of AC/DC drives.
- Device net and control networking.
- Familiarity with National Electrical Code.
- Control systems, Process Logic Control.
- Complete shift inspection.
- As required, assist and perform maintenance.
- As required, request and charge out parts or materials from the stockroom.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
