Job Description:
F22 DEPOT Activation Program. Planning, analyzing, designing, testing and documentation of mechanical hardware and electronic systems used in airborne and ground support test equipment.

REQUIRED:

• Applicant must possess a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance. Interim Clearances are not sufficient • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering or science field, or, in the absence of a bachelor's degree, ten years of related mechanical engineering experience.
• Working knowledge of mechanical CAD, structural analysis and thermal analysis tools such as NX4 • Ability to generate preliminary design concepts and layouts of mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of materials and structural concepts to install electrical circuit boards and displays.
• Ability to perform structural engineering analysis.
• Proven ability to work with others to define and solve problems.
• Must possess good research skills and written communication/documentation skills.
• Must be highly motivated and able to learn in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt to changing and varied responsibilities and tasking.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Ability to use 3D CAD UniGraphics is a plus.
• Working knowledge of NX6 is highly desired.
• Work related experience with a military DoD environment is desired
