Ideal candidate prepares or assists in preparing, maintains, reviews and revises baseline schedules and budgets for programmatic activities and line-item construction projects. Work will be performed per applicable DOE orders, standards, procedures and guidelines using established DOE and industry methodologies and techniques.

Reviews work for completeness as required by project specifications and scope definition. Applies standard cost and/or scheduling data to departmental programs or systems. Tasks include the preparation and control of baseline detailed and integrated summary schedules and milestones; preparation and control of baseline time-phased budgets; cost control and earned value performance measurement including the Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP), and Schedule Variance (SV)/Cost Variance (CV); and associated reporting and information distribution internally and to DOE and stakeholders.

Experience with proven proficiency using Primavera Project Planner (P3e). Must have excellent knowledge and skills in the use of project controls as applied to DOE projects, short range resource scheduling, and proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).

Excellent knowledge of operations and maintenance field activities, safety programs support, ALARA, radiological controls, work control and Enhanced Work Planning processes; and experience with Hanford Construction Forces and Plant Forces practices and skill applied to field installation and modification work.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field and 15 or more years related experience or a combination of education and experience.
