Primavera Planner Scheduler

Aerospace experience required


Perform program planning and control activities to support Government and Advanced Programs. The Program Scheduler will be responsible for collaborating with management and team members to plan, create, monitor and analyze resource loaded network schedules for program schedule performance and schedule related metrics. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Integrated Master Schedule (IMSs) are networked in order to perform Critical Path analysis and reconciliation. The candidate will conduct weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major Program Events. The candidate will analyze key intermediate milestones in order to provide status updates to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP). The candidate will coordinate with major suppliers to collect and deliver current schedule information. The candidate will be responsible for schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis. The candidate will assist in proposal generation, costing and cost/schedule integration. Integration of Risk Management Cube and mitigation plans. The candidate shall have good interpersonal communication, writing and presentation skills and be able to prepare and present briefing materials to management and customers in an efficient and professional manner. Perform required schedule assessments using Risk Management tools such as Pert Master. Methodology Management experience, critical path, risk management. Familiarity with engineers, collaborative team work and federal govt work a plus

*Someone who knows how to work with engineers


Requires earned value knowledge, scheduling, and critical path analysis. Requires knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, winsight, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Risk Management, and SAP.

Requires experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques. Requires the ability to analyze schedules and performance measurements. Requires significant demonstrable experience with MS Project and Primavera.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of baseline management and execution.
