Currently seeking Senior, Principal and Staff Engineers/Scientists to provide technical leadership and direction and serve as a technical resource to others, including being a member of technical review boards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as principal investigator, leading multidisciplinary teams focused on creative, integrated solutions and technical challenges in power electronic, electrical machines and actuators, integrated alternative energy systems and power grids.
Identify and champion promising technical innovations for company Business Units through the establishment of university, national labs and other external partnerships with world-class institutions.
Source and evaluate new technology for company; create and leverage internal and external partnerships; create opportunities through the acquisition of contract awards.
Foster development of creativity and technical excellence in others.
Author technical papers; be active in internal and external networks.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Min. M.S. Electrical Engineering w/ 6+ years experience; Preferred PhD plus 4 industrial or academic experience after completion of the PhD.
-Experience with modeling for control, analysis, & hardware in-the-loop testing highly desired.
-Must possess a strong theoretical background complimented by hands on skills
-Must be able to demonstrate a solid publishing record
-Must possess technically sound, deep and broad knowledge of power electronics & motor control field
