Description:
• Play a key role as a Sr Requirement/Technical Analyst on an HR Data Warehousing and Reporting project.
• Will be responsible for gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements and assisting with translating of requirements into Business Process Flows, Use cases, and technical design documents.
Required:
• Must have functional knowledge of HR data models, reports, processes, or systems
• Must be able to gather and document functional requirements; translate requirements into UML design documents.
Preferred:
• Must be a skilled facilitator with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Should also able to develop test cases from requirements, map those in a tool such as HP Quality Center, and monitor System, Integration, User Acceptance testing in the HP QC tool.
• Experience with SPARC Systems Enterprise Architect for UML modeling a plus.
• MSRS or Informatica exp a plus
• Years Experience:6-9 years
