Description:

Provides technical and administrative support for PSO compliance activities for upcoming NERC and SERC audits. Provides compliance support for NIST filing. Interprets FERC policies and requirements and coordinates compliance Standards of Conduct, market manipulation, and maintenance of up-to-date guidelines and methodologies. Interprets reliability standards for PCS and others in TVA to help ensure their processes and procedures meet reliability standard requirements. Develops compliance-related processes and procedures for PCS functions. Administers software programs used to track and assess compliance to current NERC and SERC Reliability Standards. Continuously monitors operating activities of PCS to ensure auditable compliant state. Assists in preparing for periodic and "spot" audits. Provides assistance in preparation of periodic reports to NERC, SERC, FERC, and DOE as well as ad hoc reporting.
