Contract / Temp to Perm / Permanent: Contract
Our client in the Philadelphia area is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives.
Job Description:
* Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
* Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
* Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
* A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
* This is Billing Clerk/Customer Service Fusion Role.
* Candidates will be working in Accounts Receivable to follow up on billing inquiries.
* They will primarily be involved in back office activities including data entry, processing billing agreements, removing/applying payments and researching the billing system.
* They will be required to call customers with their findings regarding their accounts.
* The ideal candidate will have customer service, billing and conflict/dispute resolution experience.
* Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
* Candidates that have experience working with SIMS is a plus.
* The shift times vary and can start anywhere from 7-9:30 AM but must remain consistent throughout the length of the assignment.
