Precision Resource Company is currently looking for a Pro*C Oracle Developer in Denver Colorado. Local candidates preferred.

Essential Functions:
Assist in maximizing the performance for an application that recently converted composite files to Oracle tables. The principle technology for the files was ISAM. The system now runs in an environment that has both ISAM and the Oracle relational database as the data repository. The application architecture structure is based on the layered design principle where the data layer is responsible for all data access.

Required Experience:
• Strong C, ISAM, and Oracle design and development knowledge
• Strong experience with Pro*C Oracle 11g or 10g
• Must have experience with writing interface files in multiple formats: ISAM, C_ISAM, or D_ISAM
• Must have experience in relational database design
• Must have experience in Oracle performance tuning at the application level using the Oracle Database Diagnostic and Tuning Pack
• Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience able to understand complex technical requirements

Desired, but not required:
• Knowledge of construction information management accounting systems a plus
