Description:

In this position, you bring a combination of technical skills, web content specialties and design skills to a fast-paced team that is implementing a portfolio of web, portal and mobile solutions. The position will manage various project requests from web content design, web page development, CMS Style-sheet templates, and updates to our web site standards for US and global. This position will also be knowledgeable about open source and package solutions for content management and be able to support at least one major CMS solution in the company. You will play a key role in helping the company embrace the most optimal tools and technologies to enable dynamic content development, hosting and publishing across browsers, mobile devices and across global sites.

Position Responsibilities

Design, create, and copy layouts for online content for Web and Social Media.
Integrates brand creative direction, quality assurance, and usability to ensure precise execution of all deliverables
Create innovative graphics for use in advertising and promoting online services and products, while maintaining user engagement and goal optimization.
Utilize HTML and CSS to construct webpages, emails, and templates
Maintain and provides ongoing design of the website, promos, and ad banners
Assists with the marketing activities of a product or business line (web advertising, emailing, etc.)
Evolve design templates based on user patterns and trends to optimize user experience.
Evaluates effectiveness of web marketing campaigns
Identifies and monitors web server health
Delegate and execute web marketing initiatives and strategies
Optimize the website for SEO, PPC, campaigns
Project management of client websites, while maintaining high attention to detail and regulations
Create web solutions for client’s visions
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor Degree
5 years of Web IT experience
HTML/DHTML, CSS, XML Experience
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Publisher, Excel) Experience
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite 5 - Web (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, Acrobat, Fireworks)
Knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts
Excellent written, verbal, and personal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail while upholding deadlines
Able to balance multiple projects in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
Experience using Database Info-structures and SQL
Strong portfolio of web designs and emails
IIS and domain configuration experience
Experience with Drupal or Wordpress (CMS tools)
Desired/Preferred Qualifications

ASP.net experience beneficial
Ability to understand market concepts and use cognitive thinking
Rapid-prototyping, wireframing, user interface design Experience
JQuery or other programming languages (beneficial, but not required)
Google Analytics/ SiteCatalyst a plus
Knowledge in social media and email marketing
Experience in mobile design
Deploys New and updated content regularly to our company's intranet and Internet sites.
