955 Network Engineer IV

Description:

The Network Security Engineer will have a proven record of implementing and supporting network solutions and their security aspects for a global enterprise networks, have a strong sense of commitment, is highly business oriented and skilled at delivering robust network implementation. S/He will collaborate with peers who have similar responsibilities for the entire global network to ensure consistent first class secure network services for the business. S/He will contribute to the global network build team by ensuring a consistent Implementation, support and documentation of the network. A seasoned network engineer, who is comfortable operating at all levels of the organization, communicates effectively with both business and technical audiences and who can effectively balance priorities to exceed implementation and support targets. Essential Functions The candidate will work with a team of network engineers who have global and regional responsibilities of implementing, supporting and documenting standard network solutions.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

Deliver security solutions for business applications and infrastructure technology.
Provide security planning and build standard configurations.
Participate in ongoing security design reviews in search of improved user experience performance and support.
Ensure risk-free implementation of all business and technology solutions.
Provide network and security support.
Provide Documentation of security configurations and standards.
Responsible in the pilot and implementation of global security solutions which meet customer and future business requirements.
Managed relationship with our regional security partners
Be the voice of network security across all regions.
Ability to travel international as required
Job Requirements

3+ year’s experience working in an International/global company
3+ years design and deployment experience and management of Juniper firewalls.
3+ years design and deployment experience and management of Juniper and Cisco routers, switches, VPN gateways.
2+ years design and deployment experience and management of F5 Load Balancers.
Expert knowledge of IPSec VPN architecture.
Expert knowledge of firewall policies generation and management.
Working knowledge of MPLS VPN architecture, OSPF and BGP protocols, and LAN switching technologies.
Must have a practical experience in supporting Data centers
Understanding of the requirement for converged voice, video and data network design.
Working knowledge of WAN acceleration technology and internet-based technologies and tools.
Working knowledge of Aruba Wireless technologies and associated protocols.
Ability to operate with network-troubleshooting tools, packet analyzer. (Fluke Networks, Solarwinds).
Experience with log collection and analysis tools
Familiar with the principals related to secure network design practices.
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical proposals to management.
Excellent organizational, project management, interpersonal, time management, written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
