DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work to be performed on the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. The contract includes facilities engineering, construction and technical services.

- Utilizes a CAD workstation to prepare engineering drawings in AutoCAD using ADT.

- Ability to read orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.

- Utilize technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies

- Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.

- May be required to take engineering notes, specifications, rough sketches, etc. and formalize into working drawings.

- May preform other duties related to this position.
