Start up Engineer Needed for a Permanent position located in Missouri.

ProEnergy Services, a growing, international company in the Power Industry, has an opening for a Perm Start Up Engineer located in Missouri. The duration is Permanent.

Job Requirements:
A client of ours has a need for a Start up Engineer to work out of the corporate office in MO.

Responsibilities include:
- Assist/develop scoped package and complete all necessary forms for packages.
- Maintain all drawings and database to insure accurate "As-Built" information and drawings.
- Review and sign Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), for each assigned crew.
- Assist/develop and implement test procedures for component and system testing.
- Assists/directs coordination for initial energization, functional testing and operation of plant systems.
- Tracks progress of assigned systems and provide Discipline Lead and/or Start Up Manager with a weekly report of such progress and activities.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor representative's work, charges, and documentation on a daily basis. Approve or deny charges by signature and submit to Discipline Lead and/or Start Up Manager.
- Performs construction process assessments during system walk-downs and identify exceptions and deficiencies.

Qualification requirements:
* Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or related degree, or equivalent experience in a construction related position.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills.
* Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
* Strong work ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment.
* The ability to travel and relocate as required.
