he position interfaces extensively with construction field operations, subcontractors, and clients.
This position also monitors field progress and delivery of materials by working closely with construction superintendents, work schedule and procurement to ensure materials are ordered, manufactured and delivered on time to support the overall project while maintaining project budgets and schedules.
Required to manage multiple Projects, Scope, Schedules, Forecasts, Contracts, Resources and Cost for ground up Construction & Reconstruction And / Or Repair and Maintenance of Cooling Tower projects
Protect gross margins through daily communication with the construction superintendent and procurement material contracts
Successful candidate will establish and lead the project team by facilitating lines of communication between various disciplines, including engineering, purchasing, expediting, finance, and field construction crews
Travel to vendors and customer sites for customer meetings and to resolve potential issues that may arise including project closeouts.
