Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Project Interface Engineer/Manager�opportunity to support an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) project.

Project Interface Engineer/Manager:
Job Description:

The Project Interface Engineer/Manager will be a highly organized and detail-oriented interface coordinator to oversee the seamless integration of various systems, teams, and stakeholders.
The role is pivotal in ensuring effective communication, synergistic collaboration between interfaces, leading to the successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
� � �1)Interface Management:
Identify and document interfaces between systems, departments, or external partners.
Establish and maintain clear communication channels and protocols for each interface.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define interface requirements and expectations.
� � �2) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate collaboration and information exchange between different teams and departments.
Act as a liaison between project teams and interface stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
� � �3) Project Coordination:
Monitor and track progress on projects and initiatives involving multiple�interfaces.
Ensure�that projects are executed smoothly by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables.
� � �4) Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks at interface points and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
� � �5) Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of interface protocols, agreements, and communication records.
Generate reports on interface performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years professional experience (nuclear preferred) in relevant field.
Proven experience in interface management, project coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional�teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
Proficient in software and system integration.
Experience with tools for documentation and communication (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Kahua).
Knowledge of industry-specific standards or regulations related to interface management.
