In search of an experienced Welding Shop Foreman for our fast-paced, safety minded shop in Mentor, OH. There are few companies in North America that offer TIG, MIG, STICK, ARC and THERMITE welding, and this is your chance to be one of the select few that gets to work in one of these state-of-the-art shops!
This shop assembles and fabricates parts from scratch based on concepts created in AutoCad. From metal canopies, conveyors, maintenance platforms with handrails, ductwork to intricately detailed gears and other parts.

[Duties ]

Running and supervising a custom metal welding shop floor
Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation
Perform Quality Control for welders


[Requirements ]

5+ years of experience running and supervising a metal welding shop floor
Have a strong understanding of welding and how to manage it as a resource
Must have an eye for detail and carry out regularly scheduled quality control checks

[Details ]

$60k - $75k a year
Benefits (health insurance, 401k, retirement plan, and paid vacations/holidays)
Monday – Friday, 3:30pm-12:00am (Overtime required when necessary)
