Water Technician - Winston-Salem, NC

Primary Duties:
· Precisely gather data while ensuring the safe handling and operation of all equipment.
· Evaluate the condition of primary water line valves and fire hydrants using a wide range of advanced technologies and specialized tools.
· Perform leak detection services for water mains.
· Execute repairs on fire hydrants and water main valves.
· Sustain the cleanliness of equipment and toolboxes.

Qualifications and Skills Required for the Role:
· Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
· Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening as a mandatory employment condition.
· Possession of water-related certifications or the ability to obtain them.
· Capability to traverse various terrains, work in confined spaces, perform bending and squatting, and lift/carry loads of up to 50 pounds.
· Strong preference for individuals who thrive in hands-on roles, enjoy working outdoors in diverse weather conditions and can travel as needed, including weekends and some nights. Travel requirements are contingent on project locations.
