- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Manage customer relationships at both individual and organizational levels
- Maintain and acquire a competitive vendor/product mix
- Develop innovative solutions for value addition and negotiation
- Prioritize and assess bidding opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive project scope assessments
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for accurate quotes
- Develop detailed project budgets
- Train and mentor team members in effective estimating practices
- Lead pre-job planning and coordination
- Drive project profitability through effective scheduling, billing, and cost management
- Manage project delivery, adhering to budget and schedule
