Well-established award-winning national General Contractor, licensed in 30 states. Our client has been in operations over 50 years. Specializes in the execution of highly detailed interior finishes, national high-end restaurant roll-outs, fast-paced commercial build-outs, mid-size ground-up construction and complex hospitality renovations. They currently are looking for a Construction Superintendent.

This is a direct hire role.

Duties:
Subcontractor coordination
Will work with PM and/or Project Executive on creating construction schedules
Prepare 2-week look ahead schedules
Responsible of all reports (Daily Logs, Safety Meetings, schedule updates, progress reports, Power Point presentations, etc.)
Watch and maintain project budgets
Obtaining permits, Quality control, Inspections, Safety meetings, Final inspections, and close outs

Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial construction ON-SITE management experience
MUST have GC experience managing multiple subcontractors.
Managing high-end finishes in the restaurant, commercial/hospitality industry is highly preferred
Must have a mix of ground-up and remodeling build experience
Strong ties and working knowledge of the south FL market is a BIG PLUS
OSHA 10 or 30 highly preferred
Salary: $115,000-$130,000 (plus OT), full benefit package, 401K and PTO.
Daily per diem will be offered. All work will be in Florida.
