This link is to the NRC list of expected applications: They are expecting applications from 19 utilities for 28 new nukes to be submitted by 2009

Dukes new plant will be called LEE. They have begun demolition on the remains of the old Cherokee plant (used to film The Abyss) and are getting ready to submit the new combined construction & operating license application.
