Navy Nukes,

Welcome to the forums and the Roadtechs.com website. We've set up this forum area to assist you in your transition to the civilian industry.

If you are entering the industry soon, you couldn't have picked a better time. With the current oil situation, our industry is seeing a revival. Pay ranges that had been pretty stagnant for over a decade and now seeing some major increases.

Most of the nuclear industry workforce is nearing retirement so these is a pressing need to come up with qualified replacements ASAP.

If you have questions about the industry, ask them here. Roadtechs.com and our users are happy to help.
