Great Lakes Environmental & Safety Consultants, Inc. is currently looking for candidates for construction site safety oversight to help
support this growing segment of our business.
Candidates must have successfully completed a 30 hour OSHA construction course - preferably, the OSHA 500 construction outreach trainer
course, and have a good understanding of fall protection, rigging, and scaffolding regulations. "Working" construction experience must
have included site safety supervisory experience.
Responsibilities include oversight of construction activities to ensure jobsite compliance, providing safety talks, and composing weekly
computerized reports to document activities.
The types of construction site safety projects we have been involved in recently include the building and repairing of 400'+ chimneys,
remediation activities, and windmill farm construction.
Great Lakes Environmental & Safety Consultants, Inc. has both short term (6-week) and long term (3 months to 2 year) projects.
