A large power plant in the Imperial County area of East San Diego is seeking a EI & C Supervisor. This is an opportunity to lead a team in the Preventative Maintenance Department and be part of a growing industry. We specialize in geothermal power and are seeking candidates with leadership experience and the ability to work with Electrical and Instrumentation for plant control systems.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians
- Assure preventative maintenance to all motor control systems
- Schedule all tech's and assure proper safety precautions
- Work with the management team to focus on deadlines and assuring all plant equipment is functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Work with all power plant equipment

Must:
- Must understand electrical & instrumentation
- Must have a degree in a related field
- Have previous supervisory experience in a related field
- Must be able to read schematics, blueprints, and P&ID's
- Must be able to lead and develop employees within a work environment
