Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and a minimum of 10 to 15 years in Government contracting administration experience. Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have excellent analytical and mathematical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills and organization and negotiation skills. Requires the ability to work efficiently, multi-task, quickly assess risks/problems, and develop recommended solutions. Should possess strong customer service attitude and strong work ethic. Must have the ability to read, analyze, interpret, and respond to RFPs and solicitations. Must be able to interpret financial documents. Must have knowledge of FAR, DFAR, SCA, DCAA, subcontract compliance, and Deltek Cost Point. Successful candidate will help establish, implement, and maintain policies and procedures. Position will be located in Alexandria, VA

Key Result Areas (Responsibilities)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Successful candidate will prepare and provide proposal and costing support; conduct pre-contract data collection, interpretation, negotiation, and administration of contracts; review contractual documents; monitor schedule, deliverables, and scope; track and monitor contract costs; respond to inquiries; prepare contract briefings; and prepare contract status reports. Will provide professional contract advice internally to program managers and executives on acquisition issues. Will be generally responsible for contract administration for multiple projects. Will provide guidance and oversight to more junior level contract administrators.

Job Requirements :
Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Employee must be able to operate telephone, personal computer including word processing software, copy machine, fax machine, and 10-key calculator.
DoD procurement experience a must.
Must be eligible for a government clearance.
