PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking Production Associate Senior in Goleta, CA


Position Summary:

• We are seeking a mechanical assembler for the mechanical assembly of RF (radar) systems and subassemblies.
• This individual will be responsible for the following: Mechanical fastener application using Loctite and torque wrenches Precision soldering on circuit boards, wires, and various assemblies RF cable attachment, assembling systems with mechanical and electrical attachments

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Current SECRET DOD clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain program access clearance.
• Current or past J-STD-001 solder certification class 3 or 4+ years of assembly experience within electronics industry.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience assembling RF systems, ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams and drawings.

Years of Experience Required:

• 4+

Education Level Required:

• High School, GED This individual success be measured by quantifiable measurements, quality of work, product that matches or exceeds requirements per our written procedures
• This individual will work as an independent contributor as part of assembly and test team to build products within a closed area environment on classified DOD program(s)
