Responsibilities and Duties:

Operates and programs CNC machines and other equipment to fabricate tooling, fixtures, and complex, tight tolerance assemblies.
Equipment may include CNC mills, lathes, grinders and Bridgeports.
Works closely with various departments to meet their tooling requirements
May run or set-up machines for production assignments or R&D assignments, as required.

Skills and Experience:

Experienced machinist with 5 or more years experience manufacturing complex parts.
Prior toolmaker experience required.
CNC programming experience using Gibbs Cam required.
Must have ability to set up and run CNC lathes and mills.
Programming of 4 and 5 axis parts preferred.
Experience with fixture design and manufacture is preferred.
Must also be able to read and interpret drawings & blueprints.
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required. Advanced math skills required.
