Looking for a SR level person who has the ability to lead a department of engineers, designers and drafters

SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of electrical engineering and design of pharmaceutical, and biotechnology projects. Position requires thorough knowledge of electrical engineering and design practice including budgeting, scheduling, planning, working drawings,specifications, codes, building materials and costs, and construction techniques.
Directs, guides, and coordinates electrical engineering and design personnel.
Coordinates project engineering budget and schedule with Department Manager and Project Manager. Controls work progress and engineering budgets. Prepares progress reports.
Develops engineering and construction cost estimates.
Directs preparation of, or prepares all engineering and design documentation for electrical systems consisting of one-line diagrams, lighting, power, electrical area classification, grounding, emergency power, motor controls, electrical heat tracing, lightning protection, cable tray, fire alarm, public address, security, card access, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
B.S., Electrical Engineering and a minimum 10 years exp CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Professional Engineer registration is not required, but VERY, VERY desirable.
