CentralCare, Inc., a leading provider of contract staffing services in the federal government healthcare sector, is currently seeking several medical professionals as follows; to support services on a contracts with the US Army at the following bases (listed below).

*Job Duties and Responsibilities*
General Dentist
Provide full examination and treatment of scheduled patients. Consultant shall maintain inpatient and outpatient medical records. Dental records will be subject to review by the Medical Care Evaluation Committee, Quality Assurance Committee, and designated representatives of the Commander, U.S. Army Dental Activity. Additional responsibilities may include consulting with other staff dentists, participating in provider and other staff education and training, and active participation in quality improvement activities and programs. Consultant will be expected to participate in scheduled and ad hoc medical staff meetings and otherwise support a team-based approach to dentistry. Consultant will report to the DENTAC Commander assigned to the facility.
Endodontist
Examines teeth, gums, and related tissues using dental instruments, dental radiographs, and other diagnostic instruments. Examines, diagnoses, and treats diseases of the dental pulp and other dental tissues affecting the vitality of teeth and establishes treatment plan. Treats exposure of the dental pulp by pulp capping or removal of the dental pulp from the pulp chamber and root canal. Performs complete root canal therapy on anterior, bicuspid, and molar teeth and provides any follow-up care to include management of complications for cases currently under treatment. Treats root canal obstructions, repairs internal root perforations, and provides apexifiication/recalification procedures.
Provides periradicular surgery services to include surgery of the root surface, repair of a root perforation or resorptive defects, exploratory curettage to look for root fractures, broken instrument removal, and accessory canal sealing. Places retrograde restorations during periradicular surgery when indicated. Provides root amputation or hemisection of a tooth. Intentionally reimplants traumatized teeth and splints affected teeth. Performs surgical procedures for isolation of a tooth with a rubber dam and prepares canals to fit performed dowels or posts. Bleaches discolored teeth to restore natural color.
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Serves as dental officer providing direct patient care in a dental and/or medical treatment facility.
Provides direct patient care to those individuals presenting to the Oral and maxillofacial Surgery Service. Patient care duties include but are not limited to: evaluation, examination, diagnosis, ordering of appropriate laboratory, x-ray, and diagnostic tests; interpretation of the dental and medical data; incorporating the data into the accurate diagnosis; and providing the proper treatment and patient care.
Provides direct patient care to include but not limited to: dental alveolar surgery, conscious sedation and anesthesia, implants, treatment of minor odontogenic and non-odontogenic pathology, treatment of odontogenic infections and maxillofacial trauma.
Provides direct patient care to include but not limited to: orthognathic surgery, treatment of major odontogenic and non-odontogenic pathology, major reconstructive surgery, management of facial pain, and facial cosmetic surgery.
Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of dental records, consultations, and any other medical records pertaining to the dental patient. Adheres to the policies and procedures of the Medical Treatment Facility to maintain admission and operating room privileges.
