Contract / Temp to Perm / Permanent: Contract

Security needs procedure writers (up to 4 people) that can interpret the rule language, identify the gaps between our existing procedures and revise accordingly. Also identify areas for improvement within these procedure processes in accordance with the new rule language. There are approximately 50 procedures per site that need revising. A majority of these procedures are Safeguards. Where appropriate combine site procedures into Fleet procedures. A regulatory background seems to be in line with this type of skill set. Recommend strong regulatory experience as we will be leaning heavily on this experience for compliance. All procedure revisions need to be completed, trained and implemented by March 31, 2010. Experience in NRC security programs - they have specific expertise in site security operations, nuclear security compliance, training of security personnel, performance testing, and licensed activities. Monticello and Prairie Island.
