DUTIES:
Lead inter-disciplinary and multi-functional teams performing inspection and evaluation of systems and structures within existing facilities at the Savannah River Site. Primary responsibilities will be planning, scheduling, directing and documenting safe and successful inspections within scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives. Programmatic guidance, including project management processes and procedures, will be provided by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS).WSRC
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
BS Degree in Civil EngineeringProject Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical degree. and minimum of three (3) years experience.or current registration as a Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering
Experience /Skills:
Candidate must have at least five years experience working as a part of project team executing engineered construction projects. Candidate must be able to demonstrate prior successful management of construction tasks and/or projects within defined cost and schedule baselines. Candidate must have a working knowledge of project management schedule, budget, and cost accounting tools and techniques. Candidate must have a working knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction processes. Candidate must be able to lead the assigned inspection teams, foster consensus, discriminate between daily priorities, and coordinate with Site facility teams. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to develop and implement innovative solutions to project issues and impediments.
Experience at the Savannah River Site is advantageous.
