Echota Technologies Corporation is actively seeking to build a resume base to support a new contract that will have multiple task releases. The work will be performed in the North Las Vegas, Nevada area. Each task release is expected to last for a period of 3-4 months. Notification for authorization to work may take place in as little time as five business days before the start of work. The work may require a security clearance. Must have held an active DOD “TS” or DOE “Q” clearance within the last two years. A clearance will be required if personnel will be working with classified information or special nuclear material. Echota offers competitive salaries and paid travel expenses when travel criteria is met. Specific job qualifications are listed below.

•Must have a working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local codes and standards applicable to engineering procurement.
•Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline with a minimum of 5 or more years of related project engineering experience in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, related phases of engineering and field experience .
•Demonstrated experience in federal government procurement procedures, laws and regulations.
•Develop and generate purchase requests and have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the requirements for commercial grade dedication.
•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in material and equipment receipt inspection, certificates of conformance and certified material test reports (CMTRs).
•Plan and coordinate independent work requiring judgment, initiative, and experience in the application and adaptation of design and construction procurement responsibilities.
