Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (4 positions)

Job Location: Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, located near Baxley in southeastern Georgia

Desired Qualifications:
• BS in Engineering is required
• At least 4 years of experience working with Equipment and Systems, and Instrumentation Equipment and Systems
• At least 2 or more years experience in nuclear power design, construction, engineering, maintenance and/or operation
• Recent experience in a Preventive Maintenance Optimization type program or other program related experience highly desirable (Ex: buried piping)
• Experience with BWR systems is desired
• Good analytical abilities required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong technical background in engineering
• Knowledge of nuclear power generating facilities
• Ability to solve problems and make sound engineering judgments based on experience and proper application of industry practices
• Expertise to address operational, maintenance, and reliability issues for plant components and systems
