Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in Business, Economics or Management; or Associate Degree and four years procurement related experience. Must possess a working knowledge of pertinent procurement directives -- Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations DEAR), and Westinghouse Savannah River Company (WSRC) procedures -- to interpret and apply them to a variety of procurement situations. Knowledge of Westinghouse Savannah River Company procurement system sufficient to follow individual procurement actions from initiation through closure. Ability to read, interpret and propose changes to drawings, specifications and quality requirements is required Fundamental knowledge of cost/price analysis and risk assessment is required. Must possess good knowledge of and have skill in computer software fundamentals.
