WD Associates has an immediate need for an experienced Nuclear Project Manager for a one-year contract assignment in the southeast.

The PTN Projects Group requires a highly experienced Nuclear Project Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for the completion of assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Independently applies the Project Management Process. Controls moderately complex to complex projects requiring in-depth knowledge of the Nuclear industry specifically relating but not limited to Electrical and Mechanical modifications. Provides leadership and coaching at the project team level. Ensures clear divisions of responsibility on all project activities, facilitates teamwork, communicates clear expectations regarding project team performance objectives, and promotes accountability for individual behaviors and results. Responsible for contract management of assigned project contracts. Responsible for effective communications with the Project Sponsor, Project Team, and various levels of site organizations. Working knowledge of P6 and Passport.

Position Requires: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent experience; and at least 5 years related Nuclear Power Plant experience. Certified Project Manager Credential desired but not required.

All candidates must be capable of obtaining and maintaining nuclear unescorted access at a commercial nuclear facility.
