Nuclear Project Manager for a long term contract assignment at Florida Power & Light - Turkey Point Nuclear Plant.

* Responsible for the completion of assigned projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
* Independently applies the Project Management Process.
* Controls moderately complex to complex projects requiring in-depth knowledge of the Nuclear industry specifically relating but not limited to Electrical and Mechanical modifications.
* Provides leadership and coaching at the project team level.
* Ensures clear divisions of responsibility on all project activities, facilitates teamwork, communicates clear expectations regarding project team performance objectives, and promotes accountability for individual behaviors and results.
* Responsible for contract management of assigned project contracts.
* Responsible for effective communications with the Project Sponsor, Project Team, and various levels of site organizations up to, and including FPL Officers.
* Working knowledge of P6 and Passport. Position Requires:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent experience; and at least 5 years related Nuclear Power Plant experience.
Certified Project Manager Credential desired but not required.
