M.H. Chew & Associates, Inc. is seeking individuals with extensive experience in nuclear industry work planning to support ongoing activities at the DOE Hanford site. All candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or related field and eight or more years related experience or a combination of education and experience. Project management experience is a plus.
Type of Skills Needed:
Prepares, coordinates and expedites the flow of electrical system installation/replacement work and materials within or between projects according to production or other operational schedules. This includes the initiation, preparation, and support of work package planning using a centralized computerized maintenance management system (CHAMPS) and/or word processing software for work package resolution. Production control planners are required to read and understand daily working schedules and prioritize work accordingly based on weekly and daily planning sessions.
Will possess or be able to obtain a Qualification Card in accordance with training course 350019 (latest revision). Requalification will take place every two years in accordance with training course 351019 (latest revision).
Develop work packages (using Client Work Control Processes and CHAMPS) for corrective/preventive maintenance, modification, and fabrication, select operational activities, expense-based project construction of structures/systems/components.
