Contract / Temp to Perm / Permanent: Contract

Title: Operations Training Developer
Quantity: Two


Need Dates: November 1, 2009 through February 28, 2011 (approximately).

Required Qualifications Desired Qualifications
Unescorted Access to a nuclear power plant.
Experience at a nuclear station with a B&W NSSS.
Demonstrated computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Word (including styles, templates, etc.).

Experience in working with Safety-Related I&C Systems at a nuclear power plant.

Previous experience in developing / maintaining operations or technical training materials (lesson plans / student handouts / exam banks / etc.).

Experience with Bailey Controls Company products and with the Bailey Nuclear I & C Systems (RPS, ICS, NNI, and others).
Familiarity with industry training development standards.

Experience in I&C systems support at an operating nuclear station.
Hold or have held Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License.

Previous ONS training developer experience.
Working knowledge of nuclear station systems, processes, and procedures.
Previous ONS SRO experience.
Demonstrated understanding of nuclear plant safety and personnel safety.

Familiarity with ONS Licensing documents.
Familiar with INPO training material development processes.

Current ONS Operations Qualified Reviewer.
An exemplary work ethic and high ethical standards.

20 Dry run presentations with training staff
21 Deliver systems refresher & procedure training & associated Simulator labs
22 Define continuing training scope (exam bank / JPM's)
