JOB Description:

Works with engineering and production departments to develop drawings of electrical systems.

These drawings may include schematics, point to point wiring diagrams, single line diagrams, key diagrams, cable tabulations, and logic diagrams. .

Utilizes both Autocad and Microstation software, working knowledge of Microstation is preferred.

JOB Requirements:

Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (1-2 years experience minimum).

Previous utility experience a plus.

Must have experience in and understand the functionality of transformers, switchgear, motor control centers, distribution panels, control panels, and programmable logic controllers.

Should be able to take a task from concept to actual design

Candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills, adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to understand how to develop a drawing with minimal direction.
