My name is Dorene Facteau and I am a SR. Technical Recruiter at Bechtel Corporation- Power BU. I am actively seeking Contracts Formation Specialists to reside in our Frederick, Maryland office, and after seeing your profile, thought it wise to reach out to you.

This Engineer will prepare and/or:
• At the initiation of a project, analyzes and defines prime contract requirements that are appropriate to pass on (“flow down”) to Bechtel project subcontractors.

• Creates or assures that appropriate project pro-forma contracts are created and that they accurately incorporate flow down requirements from the prime contract.
• Prepares Commercial Bid Summary, assembles complete evaluation package and recommendation letter

• Prepares and organizes assigned Contracts sponsored meetings, such as bid clarification, pre-award and progress review meetings, for the purpose of ensuring complete understanding and agreement between Bechtel and subcontractor on all contractual matters.

• Represents Bechtel in contractual discussions of moderate complexity. Administers information programs to ensure mutual understanding of (sub) contract terms and conditions.
Prepares periodic status reports for management.
