Lead winning proposal developments for cutting edge radiological and nuclear detection products. Work in collaboration with national laboratories, universities, and commercial enterprise to develop innovative and novel products to support DoD/DTRA, DOE, and DHS/DNDO mission needs. Manage technology development project execution of $500k-$5million R&D projects through transition to production. Support business development activities by meeting with customers and organizations that will situate the NGC RN program to win large procurements.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a B.S. in Nuclear or Mechanical Engineering, or Physics. Advanced degree preferred. At least 8 years of experience in radiological and nuclear materials and detection, experience with DOE, DTRA/DoD, and DNDO/DHS. Demonstrated experience in interaction with customers and delivering technology to support their mission needs in radiological and nuclear detection. Able to obtain a TS/SCI.
