Local candidates welcomed - non local candidates will have a lump sum relocation package and no per diem.

Function as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer and interface with system engineers and design authorities to develop a thorough understanding of the vital safety systems and critical systems, structures, and components at the PFP. Utilizing your extensive nuclear facility design, operations, project management, and D&D background, you will create a detailed Back-Out/D&D plan to meet corporate and TPA milestones.

Required Qualifications: BS in Mechanical Engineering, Licensed Professional Engineer in Washington State, and 10 years experience in nuclear facility engineering/operations/management on the Hanford Site. Successful implementation of a D&D strategy for a nuclear facility on the Hanford Site. Exhibit in-depth knowledge of DOE Orders and ISMS/EMS/VPP.
