Argo Turboserve Corporation (ATC), a leading Supply Chain Management Company, is looking for an Outside Sales Engineer for the Western Region for its Turbine Division. The successful candidate must be an experienced sales professional in the power generation industry and possess a relevant book of contacts/business within the industry.

Job location ¡V Home based office with travel to the Western region

Job Overview:

„X The Outside Sales Engineer will sell GE steam turbine replacement parts to industrial and utility customers in the Pulp and Paper, Oil & Gas, and/or Utility industries throughout the Western Region. The individual will be responsible for business development efforts, managing account relationships, and support all sales activities (including quotes, negotiations and closing orders). Additional responsibilities may include representing GE¡¦s repair and field services, as well as identifying and supporting CM&U (Conversions, Modifications, and Uprates) opportunities.

Qualifications:

„X Minimum 5 years sales and/or service experience of turbine parts, field/shop services or CM&U¡¦s.
„X Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
„X Ability and willingness to travel within region 50% of work-work.
„X Solid sales ability required with established industrial and utility customers, with contacts throughout the Western Region.
„X Excellent verbal and writing skills
„X Ability to maintain up-to-date customer information
„X Experience in using Inventory and/or ERP systems is desired.
„X BS Degree in Sales, Materials Management, Engineering, Business OR related sales/service experience.

Individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment and have the demonstrated ability to sell, communicate, and develop strong relationships.
