Lead Electrical Superintendent(South Texas Project – Bay City, TX)

Full-time position, relocation assistance available.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the electrical construction activities with respect to Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost.
• Plans, organizes, schedules and directs the activities of craft electricians and support services in all maintenance and modification assignments.
• Reviews labor, cost and material requirements against schedule requirements.
• Assures conformance to safety regulations, work documents, and quality requirements for assigned tasks.
• Monitors subcontractor or controls direct hire labor force for this discipline.
• Fully familiar with the drawings and specifications applicable to the project.
• Ensures that the subcontractor works to the approved construction method statements, schedules, and safety policies
• Ensures that general construction procedures are adhered to and is fully familiar with the quality control procedures specific to the electrical discipline.
• Ensures Subcontractor is performing to Schedule Requirements and have sufficient qualified supervision, skilled labor and plant resources.
• Instructs and oversees subcontractors on day-to-day matters.
• Signs and authorizes day work sheets from subcontractors.
Job Requirements:

Basic:
• High School plus 10 years commercial nuclear electrical maintenance experience with at least 7 years in maintenance modifications.
• Experienced as an Electrical Supervisor working on multi-discipline projects.
• Exhibits strong safety behaviors
