Molten Salt Consultant Needed - Long-term Opportunity

Seeking engineer with hands-on experience working with molten salt systems. The project will involve planning and overseeing pilot- and/or industrial-scale proof of principle tests and demonstrations of gas-liquid interaction between liquid and vapor phase metal chloride salts, with the goal of the project being purification of the vapor from entrained solid particulates. Applicant will be required to work with plant personnel to design these tests and to carry them out at the facility in Ogden, Utah.

Pending successful demonstration of the process, applicant would lead the design effort to develop equipment and procedures for full-scale implementation of the process. These efforts will involve working closely with plant engineers to interface with existing plant equipment, utilities, and procedures.
