RCS Corporation is seeking Buyers for a Client working on a Nuclear Project at Savannah River Site. Candidates must have previous site experience.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree. MBA desirable. Concentration in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering preferred.
5-8 years of direct and federal related procurement/contracts industry experience.
Must be extremely knowledgeable of the requirements contained in procurement directives -- Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Department of Energy Acquisition Regulations (DEAR), and Westinghouse Savannah River Company (WSRC) procedures, -- sufficient to make difficult and responsible determinations on an extensive body of procurement processes and techniques used for the acquisition of goods and services in a complex multiple products environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of inventory systems, to independently assess, through analytical techniques, turnover and replenishment requirements and to make favorable decisions in determining adequacy of lead-time and economic order quantities.
Sound knowledge of the WSRC (Westinghouse Savannah River Company) procurement system sufficient to provide programmatic support to line management in identifying, planning and approving procurement actions.
Must posses a thorough understanding of computer technology sufficient to develop, implement and execute procurement analytical techniques.
