Project Manager

Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall efficient and safe operations of the day to day activities for the assigned project.

• Cannon Falls, MN
• Harbor City, CA
• Pacheco, CA
• Aston Mills, PA
• Toledo, OH
• Bartow, FL
• Baton Rouge, LA
• Houston, TX

Responsibilities:
• Enforce and abide by safety policies and good housekeeping habits
• Oversee day to day operations and provide overall staff supervision
• Provide direction and guidance to ensure projects are completed to requirements and meet quality assurance criteria
• Implement and ensure effective and safe equipment testing procedures
• Guide and promote safe work practices and emphasize a culture of safety
• Coordinate pre-job planning and job walks
• Propose and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement plans
• Schedule work requirements
• Responsible for customer relations
• Receive requests and obtain signatures
• Maintain attendance records and provide input for performance evaluations
• Responsible for submission of accurate documentation

Qualifications:
• Three to five years of demonstrated supervisory and/or project management experience
• Post secondary education in an electrical engineering program or equivalent an asset
• Previous experience in the electrical trades industry or environment an asset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position
