We are looking for individuals with backgrounds in I&C, Electrical, Mechanical, and RP.

· In depth knowledge of the SAT process per ACAD 02-001 and industry standard governance
· In depth knowledge of the Training and Qualification of Maintenance and RP Personnel per ACADs 92-008 & 93-008
· Analyze, Design, Develop, and Implement the training program for NEXA™ Maintenance & RP Tier 1 Training Program
· Integrate program curriculum into a predictable training schedule.
· Resolve programmatic gaps from student feedback and management observations.
· Timely communication of program challenges
· Maintain program configuration control through the Vision™ software database.
· Apply “Adaptive Learning” as appropriate.
· Execute GDAR mode for missing milestones, program delays, and gaps identified under self-assessments.
· Maintain relationship with client sites by participating, as needed, in training committees and peer group calls.
