POSITION DESCRIPTION
Plan, organize, and coordinate process/mechanical engineering and multi-disciplined team/design projects while engaged in the planning, design, and construction phases of engineering projects through project startup.
Prepare and review calculations and specifications relating to P&ID Development.
Demonstrate design experience in areas such as: mechanical systems, water and waste systems, and equipment design.
Generate and review the accuracy of design/evaluation calculations, and specifications.
Familiarity with CAD applications is required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5 or more years' experience in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering.
Ability to work in a diverse work environment,
Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check and drug screening.
Ability to fulfill and promote L&A core values.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have working knowledge of Federal (including DOE) and State code applicable to engineering design.

LOCATION
Position will be on-site in Greenville, SC with occasional travel to Aiken, SC as needed.

Work Hours:
A 40-hour work week is scheduled consisting of a 4/10 schedule.
