Job Title: Principal HVAC Engineer
Location: Greenville, SC/open to hybrid as well 1 week a month onsite
Duration: 12 months with potential to extend
Pay rate: base rate of $109 an hour with $163 overtime rate
per diem: Will be offered while working onsite at GSA rate

Description:
� Provide technical direction to assigned engineers.
� Conduct construction document reviews as required.
� Plan, organize, and coordinate mechanical engineering and multi-disciplined team/design projects while engaged in the planning, design and construction phases of engineering projects including project startup. Demonstrate design experience in the area of nuclear industry HVAC design work and design related codes and standards.
� Generate and review the accuracy of design/evaluation calculations, and specifications.
� Familiarity with computer aided drafting applications is required.

Qualification:
� Bachelor of Science in engineering with a minimum of 15 years experience (nuclear preferred) in design, estimating, specification preparation, construction document preparation, and related phases of engineering. Professional Engineer License preferred but not required.
Work Location: Remote work requests will be evaluated. Onsite preferred
