Project Overview Provide Management and Operations of six Defense Reutilization & Marketing Service Offices (DRMOs) in Southwest and Central Asia. The contractor will run DRMO operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait. The Iraq DRMOs are as follows: Anaconda, Al Asad, Speicher and Victory. The DRMO in Afghanistan will be located at Bagram and the sole DRMO in Kuwait is located at Arifjan. The contractor will also be required to provide service to Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) in Iraq and must have the flexibility to support the U.S. Military wherever deployed in the AOR.

Position Summary Site Manager is responsible for the overall operations of a geographically separated Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office. Site Manager is responsible for ensuring that the operation is in accordance to the standard work practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and regulatory requirements of the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service and the contract. Responsible for the proper receipt, classification, reutilization, transfer, and donation of property at the DRMO. Responsible for the performance of property inventories, warehouse management, and sale functions. He/she will be required to be very knowledgeable of the process of moving property/scrap, destined for sale, through the Host Nation review process and final release to the scrap dealer.

Key Result Areas (Responsibilities)
· Responsible for the start-up and transition of the entire operation of the site.
· Will directly supervise up to 6 personnel, but will be responsible for the supervision for up to 75 personnel.
· Ensures contractual obligations are met.
· Responsible for proper staffing, budget control, and performance assessment.
· Responsible for efficiency review and process improvement.
· Responsible for establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), smart books, and quick reference guides.
· Responsible for training program, employee development, and safety compliance.
· Result: An effective, streamlined and professional operation.

· Excellent writer and verbal communication skills.
· Required to deliver presentations to the customer (SES, and General Officers) as well as Agility personnel.

Job Requirements:
Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Experience
A detailed understanding of the day to day operations of a DRMO to include regulatory and statutory requirements and an ability to communicate this knowledge. A minimum of 5 years experience in DRMS is desired. A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience is required. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
